Yoga for Afterschool

Yoga is a great form of physical and mental exercise for anyone. However, children can also greatly benefit from youth yoga programs. Yoga can help increase strength, flexibility, coordination, self-esteem, stamina, and confidence among children. Yoga is also an alternative that allows children to participate in a non-competitive, relaxing physical fitness program.
