Create a Presentation Plan

Create a Presentation Plan

In the beginning stage of your evaluation you identified your target population. Review the evaluation planning process in the Focusing on Evaluation module. Creating a presentation plan will help you identify your intended audience (including stakeholders), organize your reports, and develop timelines for presentations. The target population of your evaluation may be very broad, tailoring the way you communicate results to the needs of a specific audience may increase the impact of your message.

An example like the one below can help you create a targeted presentation plan that is effective for the audience you want to reach.

Name of individual or group to hear information

What is their relationship to the program?

Primary areas of concern

Key dates in decision making process

Personal characteristics and preferences

Required reports(date and type)

Limited on time, want to hear impacts
