Communicating Evaluation Results

After you have finished data collection and analysis, your evaluation activities are not quite complete. The next step is to review your data and communicate the results to your staff, stakeholders, and the community.

Before you can communicate your results you need to know what your results mean. This module will address the process for reviewing and interpreting the data and end with different strategies to communicate results to your stakeholders.

Much of the content for this chapter is based on resources listed at the end of this module. Especially useful was Utilization Focused Evaluation, 3rd Edition by Michael Patton. Interested readers should refer to this and other sources for further information.
